Retail Experience Index

 

TD Bank recently conducted their 3rd survey (October 2021) to explore the consumer retail experience, using a number of American respondents. The initial survey and campaign launched in 2017, with the purpose of understanding the consumer shopping habits. 

 
 

The research considers trends around major purchases, purchase financing, retail channels, loyalty rewards programs and retail credit cards. The research conducted by TD Bank provides their partners with a better understanding of how consumers shop and what retailers can do to better differentiate themselves in the market.

The final 32-page report combines data, photography, and client-driven insight in an engaging and cohesive system. Each chapter is color-coded by the edge of the pages – making for easy skimming.
